If you guys wandered, this time Shinichi just returned to his original body. Trying to imagine, he just returned to his original body and tried to tell about his feelings to Ran by bringing Ran to the hotel to have a dinner at the same place that Shinichi's father proposed his mother. But suddenly, there is a one case and Shinichi had to go for a moment. At first Shinichi doesn't want to go but Ran said that it is okay for him to go. So, he left...
During the investigation, Shinichi's body started want to shrink. But Shinichi still solved the case in difficult until one second that he cannot bear anymore the pain that he felt. He goes to the toilet and hoped that at that time, he won't shrink and become Conan Edogawa again because Ran still waiting for him at the outside. He doesn't want to say goodbye to Ran as Shinichi Kudo. He want to confess his feelings!
But, slowly he become Conan Edogawa eventually 😭 and the rest is same according to the video. He had to lie again and again.😞
If you noticed, Haibara disguised as Conan right? She had to cover up for Conan because Conan need to take the antidote. It is because Ran already doubt that Conan was Shinichi because on the earlier episode, Ran donated some of her blood to Conan due to the Conan's injury. So basically she is very sure that Conan and Shinichi is the same person because Shinichi has the same blood group like her.
So, Haibara disguised as Conan to obscure Ran's view than knowing that Shinichi and Conan was the same person. If you want to know more about it, you guys can search : The desperate survival. More precise, search for episode 188. There are a few episode s before Shinichi returned to Conan again. Also you can see Hattori Heiji tring to help Shinichi by disguised as him but Kazuha ruins Heiji's plan.
